Other than these fall-only or spring-only classes, if you need a class that is not shown here, we would like to know about it! If there is enough student interest, if we have an extra classroom, and if we have a professor to teach it, we can sometimes add an extra course or two. Send us a note using the form below.
Oh no; I'm graduating soon and a course that I really, really need to graduate is closed (full). Will you give me an override so I can take the class anyway? No. All our classes (except for ELE101 and ELE105) are hands on, lab-based courses. We have a limited number of lab stations and computers in our classrooms. The maximum enrollment limit for our courses is not arbitrary; it is set based on the number of lab stations we have. Placing a larger numbers in these classes would not be fair to the students. All is not lost, however. You still might be able to get into the class if you are sneaky enough. Here are some secrets that may help:
Do you offer any online courses? Not currently. We believe Electronics is a "hands on" discipline, that requires actual experience with real electronic equipment. This is, after all, how it is done in industry. Other disciplines that are also inherently "hands on" include things like automotive technology, dentistry, and medicine.
